Really, there's the target audience, the fringes, people who play games when stoned, violent old people, the zombie squad, a mile of barren dirt road and then me.

But the concept of GTA: Gotham City makes me giggle with glee.

I'm imagining the Joker behind the wheel of a car. And people trying to mess with Harley only to get a Mallet in the head.

Oooh, and Poison Ivy in a solar car! Shooting posion darts at passing idiots while vines rifle through their prone bodies for cash.

Uhm, which is all a convoluted way of saying - I like this shiny thought. And i also apparently miss Batman: TAS.Avalon's Willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07539301720154191607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13848504.post-66051146522703320402008-05-22T07:56:00.000-05:002008-05-22T07:56:00.000-05:00Welcome back, Tom. :-)GRAND THEFT AUTO: GOTHAM!?!?...Welcome back, Tom. :-)

GRAND THEFT AUTO: GOTHAM!?!? Oh, I would SO buy that! :-)

Seriously, though, you're right about all this. It IS a strange meshing of worlds, such as they are. Perhaps the people who hold the reins for Mortal Kombat are itching to make the franchise unbearably complicated, like Final Fantasy. Hey, Final Fantasy sells, so there's little incentive to keep games simple, sadly. :-\Sea-of-Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00813600516703661200noreply@blogger.com
