They're blatantly saying, "Guess what guys? He'll be back!"
2.) They have no intention of ressurecting Connor, but they for some reason feel that the arc will work better if Evil-Future-Supes is there.
3.) The only reason he's there is to give Cassie and Tim more room for angst, and maybe a bit of speculation as to whether or not he could return someday.

Either way, I'm skeptical. Titans has been shaky enough since OYL. The original Titans Tomorrow arc was pretty fantastic (IMO) but I doubt that a revisit can be anything more than a pale comparison.

I also notice that a Flash is on that cover as well. Since Bart has no team affiliation and this Flash is hangin' with the League, I think that's even more evidence to the whole "Barry or Wally is on his way back" theory.

At this point I'm putting my money on Barry. It seems to me that a big goal of Infinite Crisis and 52 were to restore the DCU into some semblance of the Silver Age continuity, and I've no reason to think that the Flash should be any different.

-MMatthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05910006954704396801noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13848504.post-10613051409689495042007-06-20T00:58:00.000-05:002007-06-20T00:58:00.000-05:00I'm aware of that, but after last year's little Mi...I'm aware of that, but after last year's little Milestone kerfuffle, I would have kind of expected those things to get ironed out. Wayne and Didio expressed interest in doing Milestone and said they'd talked to McDuffie, McDuffie expressed interest in doing Milestone, but said they hadn't talked to him...it seemed like a no-brainer for them to get together and bring the imprint back.Tom Fosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13796424725228769265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13848504.post-62188256032130779562007-06-20T00:25:00.000-05:002007-06-20T00:25:00.000-05:00Milestone isn't part of the 52 Earths because McDu...Milestone isn't part of the 52 Earths because McDuffie and co. own it outright. DC's got no say in that sort of thing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
